As a specialist employment lawyer, I advise and represent clients in all areas of UK employment law. I have developed a particular niche in providing specialist advice regarding settlement agreements for both employers and employees. I have had significant successes in negotiating high value settlements for directors and senior managers as well as more junior employees and workers.
In the event that tribunal proceedings become necessary, I am able to bring considerable litigation experience to bear. I have successfully represented clients in employment tribunals in matters ranging from unfair and constructive dismissal, whistle-blowing, maternity, age, sex and disability discrimination and TUPE.
I have successfully represented clients in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and in professional tribunals including Sport Resolutions, The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (GMC) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. I have also represented employers at interviews with the Health and Safety Executive.
